Section 2 Food Product Source Management

Status

The food safety management involves serial of intricate process. In accordance with TFDA

regulations, food businesses are trained to be self-management and to establish a food

lowered the incident rate.

1. Promote “Food Safety Control System”

All the food businesses must meet the Regulation on Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) for
