事件過程：
  1. 加拿大食品檢查署(CFIA)於106年04月12日發布更新回收警訊，回收數種品牌之數款疑遭受大腸桿菌E. Coli O121 (Escherichia coli O121)污染之麵粉產品(flour products)，經查問題產品未有申請食品輸入查驗紀錄(迄106年4月12日止)。

對消費者之建議：
  1. 食品藥物管理署呼籲民眾如自加拿大攜帶或網路購得上揭產品，應先暫停食用。並提醒民眾如赴加拿大旅遊，應注意相關回收警訊，避免購買及食用問題食品。
  2. 大腸桿菌廣泛存在於人體或動物體的腸管內，藉由已受感染之人員或動物糞便而污染食品或水源，可分成「非病原性」及「病原性」；非病原性大腸廣泛存在於人體或動物體的腸管內，然病原性大腸桿菌易引起下痢、腹痛等症狀，藉由已受感染的人員或動物糞便而污染食品或水源。
  3. 腸道出血性大腸桿菌 (enterohaemorrhagic E. coli, EHEC) 的毒性很強，為一種人畜共通菌，主要存在於牛、羊的腸道與排泄物內。人體多因食入牲畜排泄物污染的食品而感染，通常是食用未澈底加熱之食品而遭受污染，例如麵粉製品食用前應澈底加熱，並勿讓兒童觸碰生麵團。(可參考衛生福利部疾病管制署網站http://www.cdc.gov.tw/professional/info.aspx?treeid=4c19a0252bbef869&nowtreeid=4dc827595f55c334&tid=8AD146A30FBF4CBF)

對食品業者之建議：
  1. 案內產品現查無向本署申請輸入查驗紀錄，業者應避免自加拿大或案內廠商輸入回收產品。
  2. 若有輸入或使用類似或疑似回收警訊產品或相關產品，應立即向外國原廠或出口廠商或國內供應商查證，並依自主管理原則，主動暫停已進口之疑似回收產品販售。
  3. 若獲原廠或供應商通知已進口之產品為需回收產品，應立即主動下架回收，通知消費者退換貨，並通知公司所在地衛生局與本署。
