The attached list of products are products that TFDA has determined not to be listed as medical devices.

Description

1. The product included in this list should be reviewed together with its "function and intended use". Readers should not judge merely by the product name. In addition, for products that are not listed as medical devices, their product names, package inserts or advertisements shall not claim to have or indicate any therapeutical efficacy.

2. This list only lists relevant products for reference. If one cannot determine the attributes of a certain product, please follow the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulations Governing Categorization and Classification of Medical Device to submit an application to determine the attributes of a medical device.
