Article 1 This Standard is prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act Governing Food Sanitation.
Article 2 This standard applies to the lecithin obtained from soybeans, other plants and animals.
Article 3 Maximum tolerance of heavy metals:
　　　　1.Arsenic：Not more than 3 ppm（as As）.
　　　　2.Heavy metals：Not more than 40 ppm（as Pb）.
　　　　3.Lead：Not more than 10 ppm.
Article 4 This Standard shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.
