For medical devices generating ionizing radiation, this document shall be submitted. Two copies of each document are necessary. The information for radiation safety review shall meet the requirements of the Atomic Energy Council's regulations; refer to the Atomic Energy Council's website at http://www.aec.gov.tw for details.
